Our Mission
PopaHO aims to provide useful, experience-based information about dating platforms to help users make more informed decisions. Our reviews are based on personal testing and research by our editorial team.
Review Process
Account Creation & Testing
Our lead reviewer creates genuine user accounts on platforms we review. Where possible, we use the platform for a meaningful period before publishing a review, including testing core features such as profile creation, matching or browsing, messaging, and subscription flows.
What We Evaluate
Reviews may consider some or all of the following factors, depending on the platform:
- Sign-up process and ease of use
- Profile quality and completeness options
- Matching or search functionality
- Quality and apparent authenticity of user base
- Messaging and communication features
- Subscription pricing, trial terms, and billing transparency
- Mobile app experience (where applicable)
- Customer support responsiveness
- Overall value for money
Ratings
We assign ratings on a 1-5 scale across categories. Ratings represent the subjective judgment of our reviewer based on their personal experience at the time of testing. Ratings are not guaranteed to be objective or to reflect the experience of all users. Your experience may vary significantly.
Content Updates
Dating platforms change regularly. We make reasonable efforts to update reviews when we become aware of significant changes to a platform’s features, pricing, or quality. However, we do not guarantee that all content is current. Publication dates and update dates are noted where possible.
Commercial Influence on Editorial Content

PopaHO may publish reviews submitted by users. User reviews represent the individual opinions of their authors. We do not verify user reviews for accuracy or authenticity. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove user reviews at our sole discretion. User reviews are not endorsed by PopaHO.
Corrections Policy
If you believe any content on PopaHO contains a factual error, please contact us at support@popaho.com with details. We review correction requests at our discretion and may update content where we determine an error exists. We are not obligated to make corrections or to respond to all correction requests.
Independence
